Program
The
main priority of our registered herd is the
production of Hereford Bulls for commercial
cattlemen. We strive to produce Hereford
bulls that sire commercial cattle that calve
easy, express superior growth, and bring in added
carcass premiums. While not compromising fertility,
longevity, and putting it all into an eye appealing
package.
Most
of our bulls come from line-bred genetics
to increase consistency in their calf crops.
After the bull calves have been weaned they
start out in large groups and are fed a high
forage test. In the spring we will sell the
remaining 2 year old bulls and the older
part of the yearling crop. The younger yearling
bulls will go on a pasture test until early
fall.
Our
two year old bulls we feel are very soundly
devolved and given plenty of time to prove
themselves. All
bulls come with complete performance data
from birth to yearling, including ultrasound
and are semen tested. All bulls are sold with
a satisfaction guarantee.
